Ein viel zu kleines Team wurde geschickt mit einen viel zu kleinen Transporter (zu wenig Kapazität)
Es wurde also nur ein Teil des Inventars in die neue Wohnung gebracht und der Rest verblieb in der alten Wohnung. Der Keller war zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch völlig unangetastet.
Am Freitagabend wurden wir um 19 Uhr in einem absoluten Chaos in der neuen Wohnung zurückgelassen – und fast fluchtartig vom Umzugsteam verlassen
Durch die Verzögerungen wurde uns die Chance vertan, unsere Wohnung zu Mitte April an einen Nachmieter zu vermieten, da die Wohnung nicht wie vereinbart am Freitag ausgeräumt und somit nicht wie von uns geplant, am Wochenende gestrichen werden konnte
Hier hätte ich natürlich erwartet, dass wir am Wochenende ein Team (am besten das gleiche) zu Verfügung gestellt bekommen hätten, um den Umzug zu Ende zu bringen
Wir hatten auf unserer Seite in 4 bis 5 Tagen Vorbereitung alles penibel gepackt und geordnet, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten

Wir standen also am Montag fast wieder vor der gleichen Situation, weil ein desillusioniert Team ohne interne und externe Abstimmung plötzlich auf der „Matte stand“ – ich habe am Montagmorgen um 7:40 Uhr erfahren, dass ein Team um 8:00 Uhr in der alten Wohnung aufschlägt und nichts davon, dass jemand in die neue Wohnung kommt – wusste auch die Zentrale nicht und auch nicht das Team in der alten Wohnung.
Das neue Team musste sich dann erst mal um die Finalisierung des Umzugs kümmern und sich dann noch in die Montage der Kleiderschränke, etc. reindenken – was zu vielen, vielen Diskussionen führte
Wir mussten das neue Team am Montagnachmittag motivieren und meine eigene, aktive Mitarbeit anbieten, sonst wäre das Team um 16 Uhr auch fast wieder gegangen. Und wären die beiden Auszubildenden nicht gekommen, um zu unterstützen, hätte es fast wie Freitagabend ausgesehen - nur schlimmer eben mit mehr Möbeln.
Leistungen wurden teilweise nicht erbracht:
Halteverbotsschilder anmelden und aufstellen – wurde erst nach meiner Nachfrage und nur am Beladestandort und nur einen Tag vorher aufgestellt, sodass der LKW sich in die Feuerwehreinfahrt stellen musste (– also für einen Service bezahlt, um einen schnelleren Ablauf zu gewährleisten – aber Leistung nicht erbracht)
Nah dem Umzug am Freitag wurden die Halteverbotsschilder einfach mitten auf einen Elektroparkplatz gestellt und vergessen – standen dort tagelang im Weg rum

Wir wurden lange mit einer Entschädigung/Preisnachlass hingehalten und damit, dass die Premiumversicherung zahlen wird. Bis heute kam nichts, ausser die Absage der Versicherung. Man muss nämlich die Firma packen lassen, dass die Versicherung überhaupt greift.
